Patty Dwyer
Texture, vibrant colors and the interplay of light, shadow and passion are what Patty captures in her work – whether en plein air or in her studio. Patty is a fortunate artist who lives and works in Colorado. The mountains, varied seasons, and reflections in the water are key elements in most of her work. Patty's style is both impressionistic and expressionistic with the use of color, brush work and emotion.
Prior to Covid pandemic, Patty has enjoyed participating in Plein Air Festivals throughout Colorado, New Mexico and Northern Minnesota, where she grew up. She has always appreciated the sensorial experience of being surrounded by the great outdoors.
Patty's goal in life and art is to create paintings that transport you to a world of joyous bliss, serenity, harmonious color, and playful textures... enjoy!
